The Wolf Optical Quality Control Machine is a high-capacity quality control and sorting machine with a user-friendly interface and high measurement accuracy that can track products.
Designed for 100% product inspection and equipped with customized libraries, it is suitable for use in the manufacturing industry as well as in the fastener sector.
The customized function libraries and flexible user interface design allow easy adjustment of measurement parameters for circular or angular products. In addition to the standard measurement parameters, it can measure flanged/welded nuts, inspect fiber nuts and examine products with deformations on internal/external edges.
High-resolution cameras and special lighting design provides 20µ measurement sensitivity, depending on the measurement tools used.
With its Beckhoff PLC-based automation infrastructure, each product is tracked to prevent defective products from mixing with non-defective ones.
Depending on product features, parameters, and the number of functions, it can inspect between 700-1000 products per minute.
The user-friendly and feedback-based interface and manual adjustment capability allow for quick model changes.
Thanks to flexible software, separate job definitions can be made for each camera. In these job definitions, appropriate functions for the desired measurement and control can be added, removed, or disabled. Thus, the same function can be used for multiple measurements or different measurements. Unlimited fixture points can be defined for accurate region selection and more stable measurements.
