The Cheetah quality control machine is a high-capacity, high-precision visual quality control machine designed to perform 100% quality control and sorting of screws and bolts, particularly in the fastener industry.

High-resolution cameras and special lighting design provide 20µ measurement accuracy depending on the measurement tools used.
Depending on product characteristics, parameters, and number of functions, up to 800-1000 pieces per minute can be inspected.
User-friendly and feedback-enabled interface allows for quick model changes with manual adjustment options.
The flexible software allows for separate job definitions for each camera. Functions can be added, removed, or disabled to suit the required measurements and controls. This means the same function can be used for multiple measurements, as well as for different measurements. Unlimited fixture points can be defined for proper zoning and more stable measurements.
