It is a measurement and angle control system supported by image processing and precision automation equipment, which enables the positioning of products with handles to be quality controlled in cold end lines without entering the sorting machine.

The system software has an operator interface to facilitate adjustment in different product groups. It allows product changes to be made quickly with pre-created recipes stored in its memory.

By talking to factory management systems, it can deliver the desired statistical information to users with interfaces.

These machines are designed to work independently from the operator in mass production. It works by communicating with the CNC machine and performs CNC loading according to the programs selected on the recipe. It can also work together with preload systems specific to the user. The operator fills the system in certain periods depending on the part size and the system runs automatically until the end of the period.
