Vibrating feeder and Elevator

The shaking loader feeds the front loading groups with vibration, while the parts to be controlled by the elevator are unloaded from the crates to the shaking loader.After the crate is loaded on the elevator side, it is transferred to the shaker section under operator control or automatically. The shaking section feeds the front-loading group.

Boxing Belts

It is used to load the sorted products into the bins and verify the quantity of the products in the bins by weighing. The boxes are loaded by the operator. Empty boxes are automatically brought to the loading area, filling and weighing are done automatically. When the weighing result reaches the prescription value, the box is automatically sent forward and the filling of the next box starts. Boxes outside the set value are separated to a different conveyor to be checked.

It is used for high-speed feeding and less noise.
