 NRM Mühendislik (NRM Mühendislik Makina A.Ş) reserves the right to change any information contained in the site and its extensions, including these Terms, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice, to add or remove any information, to renew, improve the site, and to temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the site for other reasons. Any changes made by NRM Mühendislik on the site shall be deemed to have entered into force as of its publication. It is recommended by NRM Mühendislikthat these Terms be visited each time the site is accessed. 

The term “You” or “User” as used in these Terms refers to all real and/or legal persons who use the site for any purpose. 

 All kinds of information, pictures, texts, visuals, data, databases, sounds and all other elements (“Content(s)”) contained on the site are for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial or other purposes. The website is open to everyone and the information, visuals, and contents on the website may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, made available to third parties, modified in any way, or similar ones may not be created in a way to cause confusion without the prior written permission of NRM Mühendislik. All intellectual and industrial property relating to the website and its content belongs to NRM Mühendislik or to third parties who have granted NRM Mühendislik the right to use the relevant materials and is protected under the relevant intellectual and industrial property rights and any relevant legal regulations. Any unauthorized use of all financial rights, including but not limited to processing, reproduction, dissemination, and public performance of the website and its content, constitutes an infringement of the relevant intellectual and industrial property rights. All other rights of NRM Mühendislik not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions are reserved. 

The user accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Penal Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, decrees with the force of law on the protection of industrial rights and the provisions of the relevant legislation in force and the provisions of the legislation that may enter into force in the future and any rules and notices of NRM Mühendislik, including these terms. Any administrative, legal, criminal and financial liability that may arise due to the use of the site in violation of these regulations belongs to the user, and NRM Mühendislik may recourse to the user for all damages it may incur for this reason. In this context, the user agrees that he/she shall not access any part or extension of the site or the network, servers related to the site in any unauthorized manner by hacking and other illegal means and shall not violate any security measures within the scope of the site.   

Suppose it is determined that the intellectual property and other rights of third parties are violated by the user. In that case, NRM Mühendislik may recourse its damages to the user, without prejudice to its other rights, if NRM Mühendislik is faced with any third party request, legal and/or administrative sanction, penalty and/or demand by public institutions and organizations and/or is obliged to make any payment. In this case, NRM Mühendislik reserves the right to block the relevant user’s access to the site without any notice.   

NRM Mühendislik is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from accessing the site, or using the content and information contained in the site. NRM Mühendislik does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or uninterruptedness of the Site and the Content and information within site.   

Although NRM Mühendislik has taken measures within the existing possibilities for the site to be free of viruses, trojans, and similar harmful mechanisms, however, it does not guarantee that the site will operate without any error and/or uninterruptedly or that the site or its extensions will not contain viruses or other harmful mechanisms. To ensure the ultimate security of the use of the site, the user is responsible for providing his/her own protection system and the necessary protection.   

NRM Mühendislik and/or the Site, the creators of all of the content on the site, its employees, and the persons and organizations authorized by NRM Mühendislik shall have no legal and penal liability for any claim for any pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages that may arise from your failure to read these Terms in the future or your failure to act following them.  

Provided that; Visitors to the site, participants in comment platforms, companies providing advertisements and sponsorships, the use of NRM Mühendislik’s logo, home page and sub-section links on other websites with the articles, information, comments, news, images that they may have published on the site, web, mail, NRM Mühendislik has no legal, criminal and/or personal responsibility for any content that is not within its responsibility and authority due to the structure of the Internet in line with the general customs, including but not limited to the information and comments obtained through the use of the mobile site and similar services and all kinds of content uploaded and published by users to NRM Mühendislik servers. The visitors of this site accept and declare this issue from the moment they enter this site. 

It is presumed and accepted by you that you have read the above warnings and statements before entering the site, and in case of any dispute, claim or demand in this regard, it is declared by NRM Mühendislik that these statements written on the site and all other computer records belonging to NRM Mühendislik will be submitted to the authority of Izmir Courts and Execution Directorates following Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure as the sole and absolute exclusive evidence,  that was accepted, declared and undertaken by the Users entering this site.
