We believe in the power of continuous development and support lifelong learning through the development programs we carry out. We establish training centers to contribute to the personal and professional life of young talents who want to work in the sector.

Leadership Development Program

As we move towards becoming a global company that grows together with its employees and pursues excellence;

ENLider Sensin (Leadership Development Program) has been held since 2020 to lead our business and human resources in the most efficient way, strengthen the leadership skills of leaders who keep our corporate values alive, and ensure that a common leadership approach is performed in accordance with our business goals and strategies. The program, which covers all managers of Norm Holding, continues adding strength to our leadership power.

NorMentor

NorMentor Program aimes to reach Norm Holding’s future strategies and targets. It enables our employees to improve themselves by taking advantage of the knowledge and experience of today’s managers.

We believe in the power of learning from each other. The program which takes one year, has been running since 2019. Mentors and mentees are supported with training, articles, books, and development guides prepared for them in the program.

The Power of the Field, The Power of Norm

Our “Power of the Field, The Power of Norm” project aims to ensure the development of first-level managers since 2018.

This project, carried out to train candidates for Field Leader and Team Leader positions, received the Silver Award in the category of Blue-Collar Development Programs from TEGEP in 2020.

Norm Vocational Training Center

Apprenticeship training centers were established in Izmir in 2007 and in Salihli in 2015 to train qualified manpower for the sector and to provide vocational skills to young people who cannot continue their education for various reasons.

Vocational training center students are developed with personal development training, technical training, project studies, seminars, technical and cultural trips, and vocational training.

Özel İzmir Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi Nedim Uysal Mesleki Ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi

In 2014, “Özel İzmir Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi Nedim Uysal Mesleki Ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi” was established by İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone Management and named Nedim Uysal whom Norm Holding Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Engineers who will shape the development of the industry are trained. Students receive 100% scholarship education in fully equipped laboratories and classrooms with technology.

Kaizen Awards

Kaizen studies improve our corporate culture and serve as a source of motivation for our teams by increasing the ability to work as a team. In all our companies within the Holding, we carry out HSE, quality, productivity, cost improvement, and development activities of our processes with Kaizen studies received through the suggestion system.

The Kaizen process starts with our personnel digitally entering recommendations into the system via QDMS mobile and web applications. Our completed Kaizen works are evaluated and scored according to our Appreciation and Rewarding Procedure. Suggestions are awarded every quarter of the year.
